WhatsApp-first support for online shops

Your customers write on WhatsApp. Your team answers in Gatwyn.

One shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and your website chat, with the Shopify order beside every conversation and Pilot drafting replies or answering on its own where you allow it.

Sample data. Gatwyn is in free beta: each module below says exactly where it stands, and the channels that wait on Meta’s approval open as soon as it arrives.

A customer writes to a shop on WhatsApp about a parcel marked delivered. In Gatwyn the same message arrives with the Shopify order beside it, and Pilot has drafted a reply for the team to send.

The product

Everything about the customer, in one screen.

The queue on the left, the conversation in the middle, the customer and their order on the right. Every conversation has an owner and a deadline, and the most urgent ones say so.

Sample data

Parcel shows delivered but never arrivedMarco Rinaldi · WhatsApp · #213Solve ✓
  • Marco Rinaldi

Hi, the tracking says my parcel was left with the concierge. We don’t have one. Order 48213.
  • Sofia RicciInternal note · never sent

Courier confirmed a wrong address scan. Open a claim before promising a reship.
  • Pilot drafted a reply

Sorry, Marco! The courier scanned the wrong address. We’ve opened a claim and will reship today if it doesn’t turn up.

Pilot

An assistant that drafts, and knows when to step back.

Pilot reads the conversation, your published articles and the customer’s Shopify orders, and prepares the answer. You choose whether it drafts for your team or answers by itself, and it hands over when it isn’t sure.

  • Drafts you approve

A reply ready in one click, written from your own help articles. Send it, edit it or ask again.

  • Hands over when unsure

When the articles don’t cover the question, Pilot passes the conversation to a person instead of guessing.

  • Knows where the order is

For customers verified on WhatsApp, Pilot can answer “where is my order?” from Shopify’s tracking.

Built and tested against a stand-in model. Not yet connected to a live AI provider: Pilot goes live when that account is in place.

The modules

Five parts, one job each.

Here is exactly where each one stands today. “Free beta” means it works and our first shops are using it with us; “Coming” means it is built and waits on an approval we have asked for.

  • Gatwyn Inbox

    Free beta

    Core

One shared inbox for the whole team: an owner, a status and a priority on every conversation, internal notes, saved replies and a customer profile with every conversation.

Free beta with the website chat and contact forms. Email opens once our sending domain is verified; WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are built, with Meta’s reply windows enforced, and open once Meta approves our app.

  • Gatwyn Pilot

    Coming

    Differentiator

An AI agent that answers recurring questions from your own published articles, hands over to a person when it should, and summarises conversations for your team.

Built: reply drafts, answers sent on their own with hand-off, and summaries. Tested against a stand-in; it opens when our AI provider account is in place.

  • Gatwyn Broadcast

    Coming

    Revenue

Approved WhatsApp templates and campaigns to customers who agreed to marketing, with opt-outs honoured.

Built: templates, consent and campaigns within Meta’s limits. Opens once Meta approves our app.

  • Gatwyn Pulse

    Free beta

    Insight

Response times, service-level targets, satisfaction, volumes and campaign results in one view.

Free beta: reports with a comparison to the previous period, satisfaction surveys and a CSV export.

  • Gatwyn Bridge

    Coming

    Ecosystem

Your Shopify orders beside every conversation, so the customer’s context is right there.

Built: Shopify orders and tracking in the conversation, tested against a stand-in store. Opens once Shopify approves our app; other integrations are not built yet.

The boundary

A note to your team stays with your team.

Most tools treat this as a styling detail. Gatwyn writes the rule into the database: a note can never be stored as though a customer wrote it, and it is never emailed or sent. Notes wear one colour, plum, used nowhere a customer can see.

Every workspace is separated inside the database too, and every assignment, reply and role change lands in an audit log.

Pricing

Priced per agent, below the names you know.

Prices exclude VAT. Paying for a year up front costs about 17% less than paying monthly: two months free. During the free beta our pilot shops use Gatwyn at no cost; paid plans open after it. Payment will be handled by Paddle, our reseller, which issues the invoices. WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly, at Meta’s rates.

We are looking for a few shops to use Gatwyn free during the beta and tell us what to improve. Or look around the demo first.

We are opening Gatwyn to a small group of online shops first. Leave your details and we will write to you personally.

  • Free use during the beta, for your whole team.
